5. Technical basics (automatic)
For security and reliability, our systems may receive limited device/connection data (e.g., IP address, app version, crash logs). We use this only to keep the Service secure and working and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
6. Why we use your information (Purposes & Legal Bases)
We process your information to:
Provide the Service (create and manage your account; store and play your swing videos) — GDPR legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Keep the Service secure and reliable (fraud prevention, debugging, incident response) — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Communicate with you about service changes, security alerts, and account matters — contract/legitimate interests.
Comply with laws and respond to lawful requests — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not send marketing without your explicit opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent anytime.
7. No selling, no sharing, no ads
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.
We do not conduct targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Your swing videos and account data are not disclosed to third parties. If we must use strictly-necessary service infrastructure (e.g., secure cloud hosting), those vendors act only as our processors under written contracts and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
8. How we store and protect data
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risks (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices).
No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; we work to prevent and promptly remediate issues.
9. International data transfers (EU/EEA)
